Our History
Wiacom started in 2015 as a custom solution to a single restaurant as a PoC. After market validation the project spun-off to a scalable business and established its presence in shopping malls, restaurants and other venues.
Company’s evolution
2025 started strong with a new strategic partnership between Wiacom and Optitrac, covering New Zealand and Australia.
This marks another step forward in our international expansion, as we continue to focus on building new partnerships in developed markets such as Italy and Switzerland, while strengthening our presence in the US and UK.
2024. Wiacom expands in the US – a major milestone in our growth strategy, driven by the launch of powerful new features and tools tailored for the hospitality sector.
Our first key achievement: onboarding CQ Hotels, a strategic client with 16 boutique properties across the UK and US. This was followed by a new distribution partnership with Kellari Hospitality Group, operating prestigious venues in Manhattan and New York.
2023. Wiacom expands in the UK, delivering our innovative solution to HS1 at St. Pancras International and the renowned restaurant group Searcys 1847.
2019. Wiacom is a fast-growing presence in the market for WiFi marketing and WiFi analytics. Happy to see our strategy from visionary to validated solution by market leader. We have a roadmap and clear strategy to become the best Web-like Analytics of physical venues.
2018. Align technologies with marketing trends, developing the new platform with unique business approach. We also developed our GDPR module which allows users to directly control their personal data with no hassle for venue owners.
2017. Wiacom signed with NEPI RockCastle, the leading shopping mall real estate developer in the CEE region, and other important clients in this sector. We built our WIFi marketing and WiFi analytics platform from scratch and created a solution that was more versatile in terms of functionality helping marketers to reach their communications goals.
