WiFi Vendor Integrations: Identity, Access & Analytics on Your Existing Network
Wiacom is a vendor-agnostic WiFi identity, onboarding, network-access and analytics platform for guests, staff, residents, students and devices. It runs as a software layer above your existing WiFi infrastructure, so you can add Captive Portal, Guest Connect, WiFi Pass, Passpoint and first-party data without replacing access points or controllers.
Wiacom works with Cisco Meraki, Cisco WLC, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, UniFi, Cambium, Fortinet, MikroTik, TP-Link Omada, Huawei, Nomadix and other enterprise and SMB WiFi platforms, including ISP-provided CPE and mixed-vendor estates across multiple locations.

No New Hardware. Wiacom Runs Above Your WiFi.
Wiacom integrates at controller, cloud-dashboard or gateway level using standard mechanisms such as external captive portal, RADIUS/AAA and vendor APIs. Most deployments are configured remotely, alongside your IT team, MSP or network integrator. Your WiFi vendor keeps handling radio, coverage and roaming. Wiacom adds identity, onboarding, access control, engagement and analytics on top.
How Wiacom Integrates with Your WiFi
Wiacom connects to your wireless infrastructure in one of four ways, depending on your vendor and how your network is managed:
- Cloud API: Wiacom connects directly to your vendor’s cloud management platform, such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba Central.
- Local controller API: Wiacom communicates with an on-premises controller, such as Ruckus SmartZone or UniFi.
- Manual configuration: your equipment is configured with Wiacom’s RADIUS and portal settings. This works with virtually any vendor, and no API is required.
- Wiacom Agent: a local appliance connects the Wiacom cloud to equipment that is only reachable inside a private network.
Through these modes, Wiacom delivers Captive Portal and Guest Connect onboarding, RADIUS authentication and access policies, and individual WiFi credentials with WiFi Pass (iPSK/MPSK/PPSK) where your platform supports them. It also enables Passpoint Connect automatic reconnection and presence data for WiFi analytics and first-party data.
Feature support varies by vendor, platform and licence. Check the WiFi vendor compatibility table in our documentation, or contact us to confirm your setup before deployment.
Cisco Partner, Listed on the Cisco Networking App Marketplace
Wiacom is a worldwide Cisco partner, listed on the Cisco Networking App Marketplace. On Cisco Meraki, Wiacom connects through the native cloud API for captive portal, RADIUS authentication and individual WiFi credentials. On Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, it integrates through local configuration for captive portal and RADIUS-based access. Cisco customers and partners can deploy Wiacom on the Cisco networks they already run.
More Than a Licence: Implementation and Technical Support
Wiacom does more than provide software access. Our team can configure controllers, APs, SSIDs, VLANs and access policies. We can also set up captive portal, RADIUS, iPSK/MPSK and Passpoint, and handle troubleshooting across mixed-vendor environments. We work alongside your IT, MSP or network team and can make authorised configuration changes as your deployment grows.

WiFi Vendor Integration FAQ
Do I need to replace my access points to use Wiacom?
No. Wiacom runs above compatible existing WiFi infrastructure, and most deployments need only configuration changes on your controller or cloud dashboard.
Which WiFi vendors does Wiacom support?
Wiacom supports Cisco Meraki, Cisco WLC, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, UniFi, Cambium, Fortinet, MikroTik, TP-Link Omada, Huawei, Nomadix, Teltonika, EnGenius, Draytek, OpenWRT and others. Supported features depend on the vendor and platform version; see the full compatibility table.
What if my WiFi vendor isn’t listed?
Most equipment with a local management interface or SSH/CLI access can be integrated through the Wiacom Agent or manual RADIUS and portal configuration. Contact us and we’ll confirm compatibility.
