Technology Partners & Integrations: Connect WiFi Identity to Your Business and AI Stack

Wiacom turns WiFi onboarding, network access and presence into trusted first-party data for the systems you already run. This covers guests, residents, staff, students, members and devices. We work with technology partners across hospitality, retail, real estate, marketing and AI, so that identity and activity from the physical world reach the platforms where decisions are made.

Through APIs, webhooks and ready-made connectors, Wiacom integrates with PMS, CRM, CDP, loyalty, messaging, identity, BI and AI platforms. That includes AI assistants and agents connected through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What Wiacom Brings to Your Platform

Identity from the Physical World

Wiacom identifies who is on site and how they engage, across public, enterprise and residential WiFi. This covers first-time and returning visitors, dwell time, zones, authentication and consent status, whether the person is a guest, resident, employee, student or member.

PMS and Hospitality Integration

Wiacom connects WiFi access to reservations and stays. Guests can be recognised before arrival, receive individual WiFi credentials or Passpoint profiles, and have access that follows check-in and checkout. Learn more about PMS integration →

Wiacom technology partner integrations

CRM, CDP, Loyalty and Messaging

Wiacom sends verified, consented profiles and visit events to CRM, CDP and loyalty platforms. It also supports transactional email, OTP and SMS, so onboarding, verification and campaigns run through one workflow.

AI, MCP and Automation

Wiacom provides structured, permissioned data from the physical world for AI assistants, agents and automation platforms. Through APIs and MCP, approved systems can query presence, visits and engagement signals and act on them.

Wiacom API and technology partner integrations

One Integration Layer Above Any WiFi Network

Wiacom runs above Cisco Meraki, Cisco WLC, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, UniFi, Fortinet and other compatible WiFi infrastructure. Partners integrate once with Wiacom instead of building a separate connector for every WiFi vendor, controller and site.

Wiacom’s REST APIs, webhooks and MCP interface expose identity, consent, presence, access and engagement data, subject to each customer’s permissions and privacy settings. Where a standard connector isn’t enough, our engineering team can build custom workflows and integrations with you.

Partner in Action: Placewise and Sun Plaza

Wiacom and Placewise, a customer data platform provider for shopping centres, partnered to help Sun Plaza, one of Bucharest’s busiest malls, grow its Sun Plaza Club loyalty programme. Wiacom’s WiFi onboarding collected only two-factor-verified shopper data, and Placewise turned it into loyalty membership and targeted direct communication. The collaboration added hundreds of new club members and gave the mall compliant first-party data for its campaigns.

How We Work with Technology Partners

Partnerships start with a technical assessment of the use case and data flow. From there, Wiacom provides API access, integration documentation and engineering support. We also help test the integration in live WiFi environments. For joint customers, Wiacom can handle WiFi configuration, onboarding and ongoing technical operations, while your platform focuses on what it does best. Where there is a fit, we also go to market together with shared customers, MSPs and resellers.
