Wiacom Pricing
Flexible licensing for different businesses, networks and industries
Every WiFi environment is different.
A hotel may prefer pricing based on rooms. A restaurant or retail location may prefer a fixed location license. A large network may use access-point pricing, while an airport, shopping centre or high-traffic venue may prefer a model based on volumes of confirmed guests.
Wiacom supports multiple licensing models so the commercial structure can match the business, deployment and objectives.
Seasonal licensing — Available for seasonal businesses and venues, allowing pricing and service terms to reflect periods of operation, reduced activity or temporary closure.
Indicative pricing
Per Location
From €49 / month
For restaurants, retail, coworking, individual venues and smaller deployments.
A simple fixed-price model where licensing by location is the most practical approach.
Per Access Point
From €5 / AP / month
For deployments where network size is the most appropriate licensing metric.
Suitable for both smaller networks and larger distributed deployments, with volume discounts available.
Optional volume and maximum-spend caps are available for predictable monthly costs.
Hotels & Hospitality
€0.5 – €7 / room / month
Premium or advanced configurations may reach €16 per room/month depending on included capabilities.
Flexible room-based licensing for hotels, resorts and accommodation groups.
Pricing depends on property size, selected package, capabilities and commercial commitment.
Rates below €1 per room/month are available for qualifying large hotel chains and high-volume multi-property deployments.
Confirmed Guests & Contacts
Volume pricing / 1,000 confirmed contacts
For businesses using WiFi to build verified first-party customer audiences.
Licensing can be based on thousands of confirmed contacts rather than access points or locations, with progressively lower effective rates at higher volumes.
Optional volume and maximum-spend caps are available for predictable monthly costs.
Enterprise & High Volume
Custom pricing
For airports, transport, shopping centres, large public venues, retail estates, international groups and other high-volume or complex environments.

Keep your existing WiFi infrastructure
Wiacom operates as a software layer on top of supported existing WiFi infrastructure.
Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, UniFi, MikroTik and other supported vendors can be used, including mixed-vendor environments.
There is normally no requirement to replace the existing access points, controllers, gateways or SSIDs simply to deploy Wiacom.
